Lifepoint Health, a leading healthcare organization with 140+ facilities nationwide, needed a modern, unified career site that reflected its most authentic culture. We set out to create a more streamlined and inspiring destination that showcased their employer brand while simplifying the path to apply.

The approach

Wireframes and sitemapping helped guide early client alignment and testing, ensuring that the new experience not only looked great but solved the right user problems.

 

We began with a competitor and UX audit to identify what top healthcare employers were doing right. From there, we mapped the ideal candidate journey — focusing on clarity, warmth, and storytelling.

  • Simplified and restructured content based on what healthcare professionals value most — mission, culture, leadership, and opportunities for growth

  • Connected the experiences with a tabbed navigation system, allowing users to toggle effortlessly between the main career site and Provider content

  • Collaborated with internal stakeholders to align on the most important messages and streamline the approval process for content updates

  • Introduced authentic, employee-driven photography

  • Created modular, reusable design components

  • Built a flexible system that could scale across all facilities
