Meet Demi Miller

LEAD DESIGNER · ART DIRECTOR · STRATEGIST

I've always needed to know the why before I touch the what. The research, the discovery, the listening — that's where I come alive. It's where better questions get asked, and the insights that shape everything downstream are actually found. Over the years, I became the person leadership called when a project hit a wall. Brought in mid-stream to offer a fresh perspective. Pulled into brainstorms to push ideas further. Handed complex briefs that others found difficult to scope — not because I have all the answers, but because I know how to find them.

I'm just as invested in the process as I am in the output. I'm consistently looking beyond the deliverable: where are the friction points, what's slowing us down, how do we build something more efficient without sacrificing quality? And then I help evolve the structure into something that supports the work rather than suppresses it.

Understanding the people, the clients, collaborators, and the end user is ultimately what drives everything I do. Good design just happens to be the result.
